Package Shows Delivered, But Not Found
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early, or your rug may have been left in an unexpected spot. Here's what to try first:
Wait 24 hours. Packages are occasionally marked delivered before the final drop-off.
Check around your property — side doors, porches, garages, building lobbies, and with neighbors.
Check with your carrier using your tracking number for delivery details or a photo confirmation.
Contact us if you still can't locate it. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
Arrived Damaged or Defective
While our premium packaging prevents the vast majority of transit issues, we know things can occasionally happen. If your rug arrives damaged:
Take photos of the packaging and the rug itself showing the damage.
